From the beginning they were completely professional and all the staff who I had contact with couldn't be more helpful. From the original drawings to the final plans the team were happy to make any changes I requested. When looking for a builder to complete my extension, everyone commented on the quality of the drawings and the detail within. “I was recommended JK Technical Services through a building contractor and could not be happier with the service he gave. From the very beginning he was very helpful and informative, always quick to respond when we had any questions. The work was completed within the timescale given and came in within the inital budget price given which we were very happy with. “Ian has been working on my behalf for over 12 months designing and managing the construction of my personal residence. In addition to the house the works included underpinning, retaining walls, and landscaping. He is a creative Architect and very pragmatic; he initially provided me with a number of design options that suited my budget. He assisted me from the beginning of his appointment with advice on contractual matters and dealings with the Planning and Control officers. Ian clearly has had extensive experience as a professional; his technical knowledge is very sound, he communicates well and and has an excellent eye for detail when supervising the builders. His speciality in "Green Construction" gave me a series of options on sustainable construction products and techniques and Ian provided me with valuable references and links to further information.
