“I’ve had the chance to work with Oak Grove Builders on a project where I needed to renovate a kitchen and bathrooms. I hired Oak Grove Builders to do the work. From the start , they walked me through all the details before hand. From choosing the materials for both the kitchen and bathrooms, then the cost of it all. They also did a 3D drawing for me to envision. the process was smooth and transparent. “I am very pleased with my closet. The space is slightly awkward and you were able to make the best use of the space as possible. We have two more closets in the condo that we'll have done at some time this year! I highly recommend this. My closet is so beautiful I'm not sure I'm going to cover it with doors.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Deivid, the owner of 89 Home Service, for the renovation of three bathrooms in my home. Over an intense two-month period, Deivid and his team worked tirelessly to meet very tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Communication was a breeze with Deivid; he was always prompt and clear in his responses, ensuring that I was updated every step of the way. His collaborative approach was particularly impressive. He partnered with us in designing the bathrooms, truly listening to our ideas and preferences to create spaces that were both functional and stylish. But Deivid's service went beyond just the bathrooms. He was incredibly accommodating, helping out with other minor fixes around the house, which speaks volumes about his dedication and customer service. Throughout the entire process, Deivid made us feel comfortable and supported - it was like working with a friend who genuinely cares about your home and satisfaction. The final result? The bathrooms were transformed beautifully, each detail meticulously taken care of from tiling to ventilation to plumbing. “We hired Don Foote Contracting for a total renovation of a 3300 sq ft old house. Work involved demolition to the studs, reframing and then complete renovation. The job moved along rapidly and they were always quick to react to any bumps along the way. Don and his team work very hard to be as transparent as possible with what is happening and costs of various aspects of the project. They are also very organized and push the homeowner to make all necessary decisions up front so things are not delayed waiting for material or while a design decision is made. Despite having a very detailed and explicit plan before we started we still made some changes along the way. They took these in stride. The team and subcontractors were clean and respectful of ourselves and our neighbors and they did great work. We ended up with a wonderful house that we love. I would absolutely hire them again. Final bit of advice: Plan EVERY BIT OF DETAIL POSSIBLE for your project BEFORE YOU START. A good contractor will love you for it and you will save money.”

“I have used other contractors in the past and can say that I have never had such a positive experience. The job was enormous- almost a complete house gut and I lived in my home while the work was going on- seven months ! Not Fun! But...... I arrived at the office for an interview with only my own scribbled plans. Jane spent a great deal of time understanding how I lived and then totally resigned my plans to reflect what I actually wanted- with many new and terrific ideas. Jeff and I discussed every change I wanted and what it would cost on a regular basis. There was unbelievable communication. I always received a call back from someone within an hour , even on weekends. The crew is lovely and they spent a lot of time screening off my living areas and cleaning up. Once I even changed my mind about a wall and some electrical work just as they finished it - and they redid it all on the spot - no problem. They have a set crew and I got to know them all. Living with them - they became like family. If I requested a particular carpenter for a particular job- he was sent. If they got behind the schedule , they would work on weekends and evenings to catch up. Mike is great and supervises every small thing. I would really like to thank them all. I especially would like to thank Jesse for all the extra little things he did to make my "life in construction" more comfortable. Reading this , it sounds like they paid me - but I definitely paid them:-) I still call if I think something is "funky" and they are over here right a way to take a look. The completed house is more beautiful than what I imagined and everyone seems to have taken great pride in their work. I would never use anyone else.”

“I recently purchased my first condo and my realtor recommended BPR for the renovations. Nick and his team were excellent to work with and took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. I was given a quote/timeline and explanation of all the work plus I got frequent updates on progress, issues/recommendations -- so there were never any surprises. The guys did an amazing job on my floors, crown molding and worked with me to design the built-ins for my living room. I will definitely work with them again when I start phase 2 of renovations!”
