DO NOT USE. If I could give a zero rating I would. 

They take the money up front and don’t complete the job.

 We are part way through a build having paid £118,300 and Ben and James have upped and left without finishing the job.

 They add fictional “extra” costs and then tell you if you don’t/can’t pay them, they won’t be able to complete the job. The tradesmen know nothing about the extra costs either so it’s all going in Ben & James’ pockets.

 We have a part finished house with electrics, plumbing, plastering and screeding still needing to be done and no sign of any builders for the past four weeks and calls and messages ignored.
