We had a wood burner and fire surround installed. The whole project was very well managed. Reliable,good workmanship and attention to detail,minimal disruption to our normal day to day life,and all the building "mess" was meticulously cleared up. We were very pleased indeed.

The original gritstone fire surround of our cottage was hidden behind two towers of red bricks. Tom was confident that his team would be able to reveal/restore it, which they did. Punctual, tidy, efficient and hardworking I would recommend them without reservation. Quote for the work was spot on too.

A fabulous company with real artisanal skills and a strong link to the family quarry. We worked together to create a superb fireplace for my Georgian house. A professional local company who are very competent in installing fire surrounds, wood burners and lining chimneys themselves with no need to sub contact work. They have installed three fire surrounds and wood burners for us (one at our old house) and have always informed us as to what they are going to do on what days during installation and the quality of the end product has always been fantastic. Unfortunately on our recent installation a stone lintel developed a hair line crack which was a totally unforeseen event and Natural Earth Products where superb in obtaining a replacement lintel and agreeing to install it the next week with minimal disruption. They always give Excellent customer service even when things don't go to plan and I always recommend them to family and friends.

Natural Earth Products supplied and fitted 2 Clearview stoves and fireplaces in our new home. Becky and Tim gave great advice, Really pleased with their work, fireplaces look great, and work well. Fitters were quick efficient and pleasant. They turned up on date booked, finished, and cleaned up within timescale. Im a very happy customer and would highly recommend.

We used Natural Earth Products to restore a C16th stone fireplace. From start to finish the way Tom and Becki approached the project was fantastic. Tom came to look at the work, made some helpful suggestions and implemented the plan as discussed. He paid a great deal of attention to the small details and decisions that have resulted in a first class job done.
