Great Service & Technical information, pleased I used Pure Stoves as they responded quickly to my email & then quote request & I had the fire within 4 days!! The other local company I contacted, first, amazingly havent even asnwered my initial email! Only 5weeks ago! I do a lot of procurement & I am finding there are more & more companies like that, that are not intrested in answering & responding to emails! There loss no mine. Completion Photos to follow

We have recently bought a stove from Pure Stoves & Fireplaces. The process was excellent from start to finish - Angela and team were really helpful in providing ideas and giving recommendations on what would work in our space. They were patient as we popped in several times, and had many questions, as we figured out our final choice. The scheduling of the install was another easy process, and the install team were excellent. As well as the great value for money for an excellent product, the extra touch of including a bag of wood for us to immediately make use of the stove was brilliant, We were in safe hands through the process and would highly recommend Angela and the team at Pure Stoves & Fireplaces!

We are thrilled with our wood burners. Ours was not a straight forward installation, but Pure Stoves and Fireplaces worked with us to achieve what we have always wanted. The installation was completed to a very high standard of workmanship and the installers were friendly, knowledgeable and worked carefully and cleanly - there was no mess left at all, and our rooms now look fantastic.

Our New Forest Fireplace looks fabulous! Angie and the team did a great job. Pure Stoves were always highly responsive and kept us informed of progress and plans. Towards the end of the installation when there was a potential delay over the provision of the granite, Angie found a solution! Throughout the installation days, the team worked diligently and professionally tailoring the finished look according to how we wanted it with good advice along the way. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience all round from pure stoves hitchin, especially Lucie who was very efficient. The instillation was also a very good experience and a pleasure with Jason and nick . Couldn’t recommend pure stoves hitchin highly enough.

Lucie and Angela have both been extremely helpful throughout the process from initial enquiry to completion of the project. The fitting team were very polite and tidy in their work and the work carried out was of good quality. If we ever need another fireplace. we know where to come!

Used the firm to install a stove I inherited from my mum - they had initially installed it there. No problems; installation on the day went as well as I could have hoped and stove has come in very handy since t6hen - it really does throw out a lot more heat than an open fire despite being a tiny stove. Communications worked well and job was very cleanly carried out. Happy to recommend or use again.

When I researched on the internet the wood burner that had character and looked lovely I found out my local provider was Pure Stoves. I called to arrange an appointment for someone to advise me about installation a new fire surround and Hearth. The quality and attention to detail for what I wanted was outstanding. Within 24 hours I received a detailed quote that was broken down and beat 2 other quotes I had by £450 less than theirs. I was advised at Pure Stove of fire surrounds and hearths that would suit the Victorian character for my house. Within 2 weeks the whole job was completed. The fitters called me twice during the day of installation with update and they sent photos. The ladies in the shop were extremely helpful in helping me choose the surrounds. They also sent emails and follow up calls to keep me updated through the process. I would recommend by far that this company is exceptional and reliable and very extremely decent with quotes and workmanship from start to finish. I gave the fitters and the 2 ladies a bottle of Prosecco as a massive thank you for the excellent workmanship.
