Friendly, professional, informative and centred on providing us with what we needed. He spent a good hour with us at the initial visit, making sure he understood what we wanted and then going through a range of options to ensure we would get the right stove for our home. This outshone the competition and gave us full confidence that we would be getting a quality service, confidence that was fully born out. His written quotation was prompt, clear and comprehensive - we knew exactly what we would be getting. Brian was on-site to ensure the scaffolding company provided the right framework. That was unexpected but showed a great attention to detail. We were having other work done at our home and Brian's efforts in liaising with our builder and timing the installation to fit in with the other works was greatly appreciated. His flexibility really demonstrated a customer-is-king attitude and made our life so much easier. The stove and chimney installation went smoothly and all the mess was cleared away. The stove looked great but needed to be left for a day before being lit.. This is where Brian again went over and above what his competitors provide when he returned to check the stove and chimney and demonstrate the best way to get it lit and manage the stove. Sherwood Stoves provided a great service and, while not cheap, charged a very fair price. I would recommend them without hesitation.”
