I've been really happy with Sam and the team, right from sales through to installation of the product. Sam invited me in for a one-to-one consultation in the lovely show room and talked me through my needs and preferences and we looked at lots of different options. The site survey went very smoothly; Sam was quick and diligent and spotted a few things that could have potentially derailed the project. The proposal from Sam was one of the the best presented and most clear, which made understanding what was being offered super clear. The fitting team did a fantastic job; they talked me through the plan for the job on the first morning so I knew exactly what to expect. They were clean, tidy and did a very high quality job. They were clearly more concerned about the end result than the effort that went into it, and helped me to make informed decisions about the smaller details of laying out the floor - I never felt like they just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible; they wanted me to be happy with the result. They were very knowledgeable and shared lots of helpful advice about how to live with the new floor, maintain it, and how to decorate properly around the new flooring. I'm considering getting the same floor elsewhere in the house, and if I did, I wouldn't even bother going elsewhere for quotes next time. Highly recommended!

Our experience with Art of Flooring was excellent, from our first consultation in their Cambridge showroom, looking through sample books and deciding what we wanted, to the actual removal of our old vinyl flooring and carpets and fitting of the new tiles, room and stair carpets by the team of John and Warren, who worked hard and efficiently, cleaning up any mess and debris perfectly, and attending to our needs with respect to furniture moving when things were too heavy for us to move ourselves. They fitted in the floor re-screeding and vinyl replacement before Xmas to minimise disruption in our bathroom, and turned up on 2nd Jan to sort our carpets, which give us pleasure every time we walk up the stairs or go into the fresh new rooms. We will be recommending them in future.

Complete satisfaction from start to finish with the carpeting of two bedrooms . Advice was relevant and fitting was just excellent. The two fitters were professional , clean and tidy and left the property( which was a let apartment) in A1 order. We had used Art of Flooring in our own home and had recommended them to neighbours. An excellent company.

We asked Art of Flooring to instal a new bathroom floor (luxury vinyl tiles) and a new kitchen floor (Panaget French Oak) and they have done a brilliant job in both cases. We have found the whole process much less stressful than we were expecting because Phil and Sam were not only knowledgeable but also good-humoured and patient (particularly with our indecisiveness at the beginning when choosing our flooring preferences). Fitters Warren and Karl were a pleasure to have around and did a superb and expert job. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

We had a fantastic experience with Sam and Sally who helped us decide the style and fabric for our stair runner and explained. The runner was installed in no time by a lovely gentleman who came beforehand to do the fitting and gave some helpful suggestions about getting the best look and installation. Overall we were delighted with the service!

Art of Flooring replaced the wood floors in my hall and open plan living / dining room. They did an amazingly wonderful job! I love the new flooring -- it looks beautiful and feels great underfoot. We were very pleased indeed with the job: we received good and helpful advice from Sally and Phil to begin with, so felt confident about the job right from the start.
