I absolutely love my AIF sofa and footstool. The store is in a higher price bracket than I was intending on shopping in, but I saw the sofa in the Islington branch over a year ago and I was still thinking about it when I went to the Tottenham Court Rd branch a year later. The fabric is beautiful, and it really has a quality feel. The staff really know their product, and I was kept up to date with it's delivery. The customer service was exceptional and I'm so grateful they could accommodate some changes I wanted to make. I think I'll have this furniture for a very long time.

Kim was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was supportive, clear and helpful in organising the delivery to the show stand. The range of furniture is lovely quality and has a great contemporary style, I would highly recommend AIF for your furniture needs.

fantastic service, and advice from the great team in the Islington store, patient and helpful, considering we hadn't bought a sofa for 20 years, they led us to make a great choice, and we are more than happy with our purchase. our huge sofa more than accommodates the family, kids, husband , cats and dog! the icing on the cake is the ottoman footstool , nothing like putting you r feet up after a long day !
