I recently ordered a large number of garden outdoor items if high value and throughout the process Sam did respond to email. I did have to raise the questions and did have to follow up but on those occasions I received a response and her associated delivery company were also very good at keeping me informed of progress. The products were imported and as such lead times varied but Sam was very open and honest about this and kept me informed when she had information available to her as did the couriers.”
