I instructed Couture Cases to design a radiator cover for my clients in order to disguise an ugly radiator. We had wallpapered the wall behind the radiator with a textured paper, and the brief was to make the radiator blend into the wall. Paul from Couture Cases remained professional throughout what proved to be quite a challenging brief! The complexities of the textured wallpaper (whereby the colour of the paper changed with the lighting), made it difficult to match the case with the wall. However, Paul persevered, and the end result has been that the radiator is now camouflaged in a very smart case. I would recommend Couture Cases to both interior designers and homeowners alike.

There is not a day that goes by that I don't look at my new radiator covers and go " I love them!" They are the finishing touch to the rooms they are in and are most certainly become a talking point. Ugly radiator's have been transformed into works of art. The only down side is I'm already wishing for more ..... Thank- you for a 5 star service , from the advice given on how to measure correctly and meeting the deadline we hoped for . I am very aware you pulled out all the stops.

Paul took a great deal of trouble to get this right. It was larger than any of their standard covers and a completely bespoke design. We exchanged numerous emails and calls and Paul guided us through the process professionally and diplomatically. Absolutely thrilled with the final result and would thoroughly recommend.

We worked with Couture for the first time just before Christmas 2015. They provided an excellent service, after our initial briefing discussions they came to site and completed detailed measurements & they offered considered input on design choices. We first saw Couture Cases when carrying out a search for something unusual in a radiator cover. On finding them we then took time to decide exactly what we wanted, liaising with Paul over many weeks, sending him photos of our hallway where the radiator cover would potentially be fitted, to ask for his advice. After quite a lot of thought and measuring between us, we came up with the perfect design. It was installed last week and we are thrilled with the result! The installation was trouble free and all finished in about one and a half hours. We would definitely recommend this company and think the finished result is stunning!

5* as it is one of the best things I have bought in the house. Bought my radiator cover with crystal for my very small hall way, and since then, it has attract lots of compliment. Funny enough...my radiator that requires bleeding regularly, I think due to very cold air, stopped needing that. Maybe the cover protects the radiator a little? As not many people have them, it does make me proud that I have something this simple yet unique. You can see mine actually on the first few pictures under "Makeovers with Crystal Radiator Covers". Oh....and needless to say...those crystals are in a very good quality. 4* I would say to ordering. But I do not think is their fault. As they have to order parts, there was a little bit of delay. It does actually say it will take months though. But, yes, do take this in consideration. I was not frustrated as I was not in the hurry. 5* for the service. They have been great in getting in touch and Paul, I think, came round my house to install those crystal one by one with care. Have recommended Couture Cases Ltd to some of my very good friends and street life. I did however thought at one point if I should as.....it is so cool to have something this good for yourself. :p However....I thought sharing the love is best :)) Thanks again Couture Cases!

Stunning product that is much admired by visitors. My crystal radiator cover was constructed to my requirements, was easy to fit and enhances my hallway big time! Good communication and endless bespoke choices.

Thank you very much Couture Cases for installing that amazing crystal shelf in the entrance hall of the building. The shelf itself is very solid and the engraving on it looks perfect, the crystal beads cover the radiator beautifully and the whole thing looks classy and elegant. All the residents of the building are very happy to see that the radiator has been discreetly covered under the pretty grey crystal chains and they all commented on how the whole entrance of the building has been tastefully transformed since the crystal shelf has been put in. Paul answered patiently all our questions before we made the order (lots of questions from lots of residents!) and the result was even better than we expected, he was also very pleasant to work with and this is a plus! Can't wait to order from Couture Cases again!

Purchased a couple of Your Photo radiator cases from Couture Cases. Using a couple of digital photographs we uploaded along with photos of the room and some dimensions. Excellent service, the team were very helpful in what was possible and gave advice on what wouldn't and what would look good in our room. Price and delivery where good and both cases fitted perfectly.
