Wonderful bed, excellent staff, supplied an erected at home with minimal fuss by pleasant people. Why then supply the bottom bed slats with water damage to the their faces (5off) it ruined the the experience.

This company as no customer service / returns unless your goods are faulty with in 24 hours of delivery or on delivery? After reading reviews this seems to be a trend that needs rectifying by The French Bedroom company . After ordering over £7000 of bedroom furniture waiting months for delivery & date getting moved back we finally received our order . A few days after our order arrived we where shocked to find huge crack right across the dressing table £900 dressing table ! No mark of impact & from the corner . We live in a large house with most rooms Unlived in & this was one of them at the time . We send pictures to French Bedroom company who basically said if it’s no damage or faulty within 24 hours we do nothing about it ? We asked some questions about the glass since then we have had professional opinion & no impact has been made to make this crack it’s faulted from the way it was been cut . Now the two chest of drawers we have to match this set no longer close & wood has warped in less than 4 months . We haven’t even bothered to contact French Bedroom company as they literally dismiss any faults with unless it’s on delivery or within 24 hours . I have never wrote a review on a company before & we are a family business ourselves so know how disappointing this can be . But I feel really let done by The French Bedroom company !!

Whilst I do understand your frustrations I would like to provide this response so that our customers can see a fair and balanced overview of your experience. We completely understand all your points raised in your below review and in addition to the emails that we had been exchanging earlier on in the year. As a small business owner I’m sure you can appreciate that it is not a nice circumstance for either party when customers report damage post-delivery as we have to follow tight guidelines on this. All items are quality checked when they arrive into our warehouse and then must also be checked when they arrive with you, neither of the issues were reported on delivery when they would have visible if it were transit damage. We are always accountable for damage on delivery and will supply customers with replacements or refunds. What we can’t offer is a replacement for an item that has been damaged in your home.
We always want to provide our customers with a solution, however, it is not possible for us to have an open ended damage policy. Once goods are in your home we cannot guarantee their safety and therefore our liability for the items must end. For all UK deliveries our insurance with the couriers ends once the goods have been signed for and delivered. The proof of delivery that we have for your order shows that you have not reported any damage when the goods arrived and a crack like this could only happen as a result of a blow or impact to the glass.
We are an incredibly proactive department and we do not hide any of our terms and conditions, we in fact encourage our customers to understand what is required upon delivery of fragile goods. Your emailed titled “Goodies on Way” attached goes into detail about this and a reminder is written you on the paperwork that you have signed. The faults reported could not have developed over time and therefore would not be covered under our manufacturing warranty.

The French Bedroom Company is my find of 2021. There is nobody else on the market with designs like this, clearly great quality, and really personal customer service. Even little touches like sending out a thank you box filled with treats after I’d had my delivery. It’s been a hard year for everyone and they really seem to care, going above and beyond. My bed, bedsides and chest of drawers are stunning beyond words. Fantastic work from The French Bedroom Company. To be continued!

They have some really beautiful products! So far I have purchased a hippo lamp, a rug and a beautiful footstool. All items are shipped quickly and very well packaged. The customer service team are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will definitely be purchasing again!!

The Great French Bedroom Company, a fabulous company to purchase from, beautiful bedroom furniture that is great quality. I was kept informed on the progress of my order and only had to wait a couple of weeks for my order to arrive. Delivery company where polite and made sure I was happy with the items. This my second purchase and I cannot recommend them enough.

The team are super friendly and helpful and the quality of their goods is right up there right through to the delivery process. My most recent purchase was a down feel luxury duvet and can confirm that luxury is not an exaggeration, we had the best night's sleep in our own bed.

From first contact, when we asked for samples, the service was fabulous. On ordering we were kept fully up to date and contacted by the courier much earlier than anticipated, which was excellent. The courier, who also assembled the bed, was top class, highly respectful, considerate and professional. The items i.e. a Palais De Versailles bed, bedside tables to match, dressing table also to match with chair and fee standing mirror are simply amazing. Very high quality, beautifully made and frankly stunning. The French Bedroom Company go the extra mile in providing stunning furniture matched with a top class service, which is impossible to criticise in any way.
