I would urge anyone to think long and hard before they buy from this company. It is a shame as they offer some nice looking products but their customer service is shocking. For me they did deliver but it was damaged and not working properly. I contacted them and they responded promptly offering me money back to get the issues resolved locally. The problem is after 2 months they just haven’t honoured what they offered. You are able to speak to someone in customer service but all they do is blame their finance team. A real shame but just not worth the risk if there is an issue.

This is a scam!! This website is a complete scam. I ordered a bed which never arrived. I was told I would get a refund which never arrived. I was then told the company had been bought over and I would again get a refund and this didn’t happen. They will answer your emails promptly to get a sale and then ignore you!!! Do not order. If you have ordered already contact your bank or credit card provider to try and get a refund. They will just tell you lie after lie to delay you trying to claim your money back as you need to do it within a certain time.

This is a terrible shop! I highly recommend to avoid them! The very long story short: We ordered the furniture to our nursery from this shop (Wardrobe, changing unit, cotbed) with 4- 6 weeks expected delivery. (Dec 2017) We got the wardrobe and the cotbed on time (mid Jan 2018) in couple of boxes. We didn't assemble them until our little boy arrived. It was around 2 weeks after we received the 1st delivery. We recognised that time, the changing unit's missing. They didn't say a word! We had to call them. After it took lots of mails, calls and a few weeks if not even months, to get the rest, and we still didn't get the promissed refund! Almost a year's gone now! I wouldn't buy anything from them again! Disappointing experience

Agree with all of the comments about Funique being a terrible company. I ordered a table with a 2 week delivery time. It ended up taking 5 months to arrive, after a nauseating amount of time spent dealing with their inept customer service team. When it finally arrived they had sent the wrong table. I'm still waiting for my refund 2 months later and I'm not confident it will ever arrive. I would suggest avoiding at all costs. Funique is beyond a joke and an appalling mess of a company.

Deceitful Company This company should be investigated and closed down for deceiving customers. Funique Furniture take your money and will not deliver your goods. The company appears to be a one man band therefore customers are unable to escalate any issues. The company has very poor communication skills including poorly written emails. They continually failed to refund my money although my goods never arrived.. Thank God I paid using my credit card! Absolutely disgusting!

Not as bad as It Looks. I ordered grey cot with storage unit and I must say I am happy with both furniture and service received. Cot was delivered in less than 2 weeks as promised. It is quality piece and it looks great.

Furniture Very happy with the cot bed - grey cot with storage Delivery Came week late. We were promised in 10 days but it turned up week after agreed deadline. Must say they kept me quite well informed as I told them I had read some reviews and was quite worried to place the order with funique. Assembly Average. Not an easy one but not too difficult

AVOID!!! Absolutely terrible customer service! Ordered a cot / changing table / wardrobe for our unborn baby 9 weeks ago and was promised delivery in 3 weeks. Each week we are told another lie by customer service and it has still not arrived. It has completely ruined our experience of preparing for our new baby, and still cannot get a firm delivery date from them. It's been a horrible process and still no end in site!

strongly advise buying elsewhere.... I ordered and paid for, six dining chairs on the 8th December 2017.. ....after months of excuses for non fulfillment of my order...they eventually, in mid April, said it was cancelled, as the manufacturer was no longer operating..and would refund my money...I am now pursuing them through other channels, as it is now May 11th...and i have run out of patience..they are still advertising the same chairs for sale...'dishonest'... at best, would be my comment...criminal at worst.I ADVISE ALL HERE WHO HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM TO TAKE OUT A COURT ORDER SOONEST...
