FTG was launched in 2013. The concept is to supply ready to assemble bedroom and living room furniture into the UK and Ireland markets, with delivery on a NEXT DAY basis. Working closely with our partners nothing has been spared on making commercial products to the highest standards, using quality control from start to finish. It is important that partners are FSC certified, where only the most suitable materials have been sourced from managed forests.

After assembling, it turned out that the cabinet door was too heavy and when the door was opened, the entire cabinet tilted forward and rests on a partially glass door. After turning the cabinet to the wall, after mounting, there were only holes left in the wall. I contacted the manufacturer and was informed that they do not accept returns after the product has been assembled. I asked how I could tell that the door was too heavy for the cabinet if the item was in a box. The seller keeps coming up with new reasons not to refund my money. I have small children and I am worried about their and my safety because the cabinet keeps tilting.
