Katie Charleson

It was a pleasure working with Katie on some bespoke bedroom cushions for a private residential project in North London. Her designs are very unique and thoughtful. They added a lot of artistic value to the bedrooms. Look forward to working together again soon! Bronwyn.

Katie Charleson designed and made two beautiful hand made cushions for our bedroom. The cushions go perfectly with the rest of the decor and are of extremely high quality.

Katie is an energetic, forward thinking textile designer who has recently started stocking her beautiful cushions in our Fulham Road showroom. Her three collections are each very different from the last. Each collection is inspiring in it's own right and it is credit to her being brave enough to try such variable designs. Katie seems to go from strength to strength and I know she will continue her upward success in the textile and design industry.

I Have been working with Katie for the past 18 months and find her professional, knowledgable and extremely creative in all aspects of her work. She was asked to design unique prints for our UK knitted fabrics and in a very short period of time had produced a number of designs which were very hard to cut down to one as they were all just perfect for our product. Although KMJC Designs were hired for this initial project, I find Katie's ability to understand our brand and ethos extremely helpful and she is always willing to give help and advice when needed. I would have no hesitation in collaborating with KMJC Designs again, and would highly recommend them.

When we first met Katie we were instantly put at ease and able to get a good creative dialog flowing between us. We established a brief and Katie came back with beautiful and well considered designs. Her style of print, brush stroke, colour and texture is gentle and captivating. Katie is fun to work with, efficient and inspiring. Her talents are unquestionable in drawing and painting. She executed our vision from start to finish, giving us step by step insights. It was lovely to feel involved in the process and to establish a working relationship with a very talented individual. I have now worked with Katie for two years on various projects and always look forward to spending more time with her. KMJC soft furnishings are a wonderful representation of Katie’s style in design. Brilliant in colour and composition - Katie fills our home’s with clean, fresh and flamboyant (useful) pieces of art!
