I bought a set of tea cups yesterday, and today they sent me an email with the refund. I get in touch and they tell me that their product catalogue did not sync correctly with their warehouse stock levels. It is not true, since once purchased, it was already correctly out of stock. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. Avoid buying from this store.

Prompt service. Beautiful product. I made a mistake on the gift slip, which they corrected. Their management in Oxford said that the note will be handwritten. Wonderful. Delivery way before time. I think antiques are the best gifts. Strongly recommend! Thank you.

I ordered few things for my new home (mainly for my bar). I really like the decanters and cocktail glasses. The items were carefully packed and the shipment was fast. I am defiantly going to order some more very soon.
