Material and finishing on cushions do not match, Louise has ignored my request for refund. Cushions completely mismatched.

Very unfair and upsetting to find this review here after many attempts to help this customer under extremely difficult times during the past Covid year. Manufacturing and materials both affected as well as sales obliterated during much of 2020 so it is very sad to see this, particularly as a small luxury brand that works very hard at perfection.

I recently ran a pop up design shop in Bradford on Avon and was delighted to display and sell a wide range of Lux & Bloom's gorgeous accessories. Louise is a very talented fine artist who has clearly focused hard on creating a product range that is unusual, exciting and very luxurious. Whether her designs are used to add a splash of colour to a nutreul decor, or an addition to a more eclectic interior, they are a great investment for the home. Her attention to detail in every aspect of her business is impressive and inspiring. She has a terrific sense of style and is much fun to work with.

Quirky products at affordable prices. If you want something a little different from the mainstream offerings on the high street then this company has it in bucket loads. Having the flexibility to purchase fabrics to customise one off pieces is a bonus.
