More Handles Ltd

This company has no integrity. Do not use them. Like other customers before me, I ordered many different sample handles from this company to compare before making a final order for my new kitchen. Having decided on a specific handle I returned the unwanted handles in the original packaging at my expense to get a refund. They have refused the refund and accused me of damaging the handles. They took several photos of the handles with scratches on them. These were present when I received them however I did nothing about it, I just didn’t think, they were tiny scratches - I put it down to the fact they were samples. One of the handles was a duplicate and not even taken out of the package. As this is their word against mine, I have no proof that the handles were scratched when I received them. I did wonder why so called quality handles were scratched but didn’t think to pursue it as I knew I wouldn’t be ordering those ones. I feel totally ripped off. I am an honest person and find it so disappointing to deal with these online businesses who have no integrity whatsoever. It’s a lot of money to lose. I feel completely scammed and utterly disappointed.

Just visited the showroom today to look for handles for a painted dresser and was amazed by the huge selection of handles. Neil was extremely helpful in helping me with my choice. Couldn't have had a better service and will recommend to my friends.
