I recently ordered wallpaper from Naken I recently ordered wallpaper from Naken which was £250 per twin roll. I used their online calculator to estimate the amount required, then placed the order for £1,700. The wallpaper was delivered & the papering completed, albeit that this took sometime. I was left with 2 unopened rolls & contacted Naken for return/refund. I was eventually told that as more than 14 days had expired they would not refund. Their customer interaction via the chat function was slow & frustrating, with questions having to be repeated & not answered. Contrast this poor service with Wallpaper-UK who I ordered similar high end wallpaper for another room where wallpaper needed to be returned/refunded which was done (outside of 14 days with no quibble). I would not recommend or use Naken again as competitor companies offer far better and sympathetic customer service.

Send faulty products and provide awful customer service which fail to resolve.

Our wallpaper and paste delivered on the arranged day during the time slot arranged and all incredibly well packaged. Will definitely shop with this company again. Rosie Eliot

The service was for measuring, sourcing and fitting wood flooring and specialist flooring to hall, lounge and kitchen. Naken staff were helpful, professional and gave the best price for the work. Did what was agreed and completed on time.

Naken Interiors supplied and installed some lovely oak flooring in our dining room and the changed the standard carpet in our living room. Our house was a new build so timing was crucial to our move in date. The surveyor came round with a selection of samples and gave us a quote within a couple of days. We love our flooring so much and the service was great, so are getting them back to do the carpets upstairs. Their website is great for home accessories too!
