Panik Design

Truthfully I feel one star is too high! Nothing but problems from start to finish. They don’t return emails or phone messages. Rarely answer the phone and when they do the promise to come back and never do! Ive have owned my own independent retail outlet so its with a heavy heart i write this as i more that aware its hard to get things right everytime. However ignoring emails and phone messages is a disgrace and promising to call you back and not doing so is not acceptable! I ordered in November and payment was taken i received my order in march and it was the incorrect colour. During this not once did reach and explain what was going on or update me, since receiving the wrong order i call them and they asked me to email them details and photos and now they are ghosting me, I've called left six messages and sent three emails! I feel this business maybe going out of business or financial unstable! Avoid at all costs!

I have completed many purchases with the team at Panik Design and i have always found them to deliver a great customer experience including speed of service delivery, range of products and the knowledge that the team posses about there products

I have used Panik-Design numerous times in the past and I have always been very happy I found they were always very quick to answer the phone or reply to a email and are always happy to answer any query or check a product for me. Well Done Panik

I have been buying homeware products from Panik for approaching ten years now and can honestly say that the service I have received has been impecable on each and every occasion. They are always more than willing in sharing their knowledge of the products and brands that they champion, and have been very efficient on the rare occasion that something gets delivered damaged or fails for whatever reason. I would recommend Panik to anyone who cares about customer service with the added benefit that they carry a large amount of stocks, ideal for the impatient amongst us!
