We bought the lateral space as a shell and needed someone with the right vision, skills and experience to help us design our new home, that is very comfortable but a little bit extraordinary. Encouraged by their portfolio of past work, we engaged the RB12 team to redesign our new apartment in Battersea. RB12 project managed the build and did the full interior design for us. We have seen an adorable pallet of materials which you can’t resist running your hands over when you walk through the property. These have filled our hearts with excitement from the outset. Subsequently to their mandate, they paid attention to every detail in the property, respecting our preferences and also the original warehouse history of the space. We requested and had a number of custom pieces designed especially for us as a family. This has lifted the project to another level. The project was delivered on time and within the agreed budget. We are extremely happy with the end result and love living in our new home that RB12 helped create for us. Thank you Dean and thank you Rafa.

We engaged RB12 to do the full interior design process for this project. They were very professional and in our opinion fully delivered on the brief. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend the RB12 team. The project was not the easiest, but they steered me through it in a relaxed manner, when at times others were losing their heads

We engaged RB12 to deliver a small development project from start to finish. They did the architectural design, planning and permissions followed by project management and then ultimately the interior design. They added a basement level and loft to extend a 3 floor house to 5 floors and then converted it into 3 flats. We now have 3 beautifully designed and well thought out flats. They also supplied all the wood flooring, bathrooms and kitchens. The 3 flats all have their own identity and are by no means a typical boring development you see so often across London. The team super impressed with their knowledge, ideas and friendly yet professional approach. We love the end result.

Commented: can I put bathtub and walk-in shower?It's one of our favorite products! You need a minimum of 2.1m above the height of the bath.
