The brief was to ‘design something for the officers dining room at RAF Wattisham. ‘Something quite traditional but with wow factor.’ At Sutton Timber we were able to help Brendan hand select specific English Brown and Tiger Oak boards for the job. Inlaid with rippled Maple cross banding he has created three fabulous dining tables. In the centre of each a beautiful piece of laser cut marquetry depicting an attacking Eagle, the emblem for the station. Brendan is a true craftsman who is an expert in his field.

I have recently had two wardrobes made and fitted by Brendan and I have no hesitation in recommending him for both his professionalism and exceptional woodworking skills. From start to finish there was regular communication and updates, ensuring that the whole process was seamless and I am very satisfied with the result.

Worsley Woodworking was invited to design a balanced, functional hall unit to hide ugly electrical outlets at one side and provide a matching hall mirror. Following a professional visit, Brendan showed a good understanding of the situation and subsequently sent an initial design sketch which was very promising. A visit to his workshop showed his excellent knowledge and capabilities. The final design was a hall unit and matching mirror, in oak with walnut drawer handles and walnut inlay and was delivered at the promised time. The result confirmed his excellent workmanship and was particularly good looking, having very interesting selected patterned oak surfaces These are fine pieces which will be treasured for a long time.

The first thing that struck me about Brendan is his passion for what he does. That immediately inspired confidence - he listened to what we wanted, shared his ideas constructively and set about building our wall to wall cabinet and shelves. Brendan kept us in the loop on progress throughout the build and we are delighted with the end product.

We really liked the way Brendan listened to what we wished to achieve, how he considered the features of the house and how these should influence his design. He came up with proposals and was flexible in responding to our questions or concerns. He is professional in his approach and has an in depth knowledge of wood. During the making process he developed his ideas further and his final designs were creative and have made a positive addition to our home. He was realistic about when he could start and finish the work and he stuck to his timescale and budget. We have no hesitation in recommending Worsley Woodworking.

Brendan is a brilliant craftsman and responded well to our requirements and changes. We have hired him for a couple of jobs and have another one in the design stage. We would recommend him wholeheartedly.

I got in touch with Worsley Woodworking to enquire about creating a bespoke cabinet to enclose some AV equipment in my Lounge. The design was tricky due to my access requirements and location of connections, but Brendan came up with the perfect design. I can't fault the quality of the finished product, and how well Brendan installed it. It's great to meet a craftsman who is passionate about his work. Great communication throughout. Brendan is fantastic, what else can I say?! Not only did he design, build and install our fantastic family bookcase - but shortly after he had done this, we asked him to take it down, move it onto another wall and paint it another colour! Talk about awkward customers!! However, Brendan was absolutely fine with our decision and 100% dedicated. He did a fantastic job of relocating/re-painting our wonderful bookcase. In fact, we love it so much, if we ever move in the future; we will probably ask him to dismantle it again so we can take it with us (but he doesn't know this yet!). Brendan was very professional in the creation of bespoke wardrobes for me. The process was seamless and straightforward from the outset. He made sure to understand exactly what I needed and kept in touch through the process to ensure there weren't any unexpected surprises. I was delighted with the results and his creativity given the wardrobes were not a regular size and all needed cutting and sizing to fit.

Brendan created some custom trainer/shoe racks for me, very happy with his work. They looked great and absolutely love them (still want some more when I create some extra space) Very friendly easy to work with, highly recommended.
