Called 1st garage doors to fit new cones to my remote controlled door. The cones were fitted but when the door was closed the cables were hooked up in the runner resulting in the garage door being ripped from the remote control workings. I was charged for the fitting of the cones but left with a totally unusable garage door . The door had been in use for at least 12years and I was told that it was un suitable for an electric door, Mr Hughes then tried to sell me a new door.
