“A few years ago my I came home after work to find the overhead garage door opener had died and the garage door was hanging precariously. I called around and Precision Door was available to service the problem immediately and accepted my preferred credit card. The man who came to the house was knowledgable and polite. He stayed with the problem well into the evening and checked his work thoroughly to make sure it was right. When I commended him on his service and professionalism he explained that this was company policy. If the work wasn't done right the first time, he got to come out and fix it without pay. That's my kind of company! As a result of their focus on quality work and exceptional customer service, I have never had to call them back. But I definitely would if I ever need a new garage door or opener again.”

“Renova has actually expanded, per the information I received from the owner, to also doing general contracting and various home remodeling projects. I called them when my garage door would not open/close and my home warranty company said they would not cover the repair. I was desperate and called Renova after reading their great reviews online. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful, letting me know that they usually charge $50 for consult/estimates, but that he was very close to my house so he would waive the charge and give me a free consult/estimate. This was an opportunity to make a few extra dollars, but I appreciated his honesty and kindness. The two Renova workers came right when they said they would, 30 minutes after the initial call. Everything was explained in detail, and within 2 hours I had a new garage door up. They returned and painted the door in a timely manner as promised. I cannot say enough good things about Renova. I was so excited to find out that they do gates, fences, windows, doors, and home remodeling. I have several projects in the planning stages right now and they will be the first company I call! Honest, fair, reliable--I highly recommend Renova.”
