Very unimpressed with your delivery service. You delivered a whole garden's length worth of fence panels to a "neighbour", but it wasn't the adjacent house where it must have been pretty obvious the fence would be - it was across a road and half way down a hill (a distance of 3 houses from where they should have been). So you had to drive all the way out from Morecambe the following day to move them. Both houses had people in when you initially delivered and relocated the panels but you did not tell anyone they were there. One of the shins was broken when you left it after relocation. When staff in the store had been asked whether you fitted the shins before delivery the answer had been yes but they were not fitted and we have now been told on the phone that you don't fit them - nor are your staff very helpful about telling customers what should be used to fit them. Poor.

I always use BroadOak for all my landscaping supplies. At all times their service is professional, helpful, friendly and supportive. The products are all of excellent value. I look forward to using them on my future projects.
