we bought the garden metal shed and it not of good quality, the company charges £90 for return the item , there is no one listen like citizen advice bureau that action need to be taken why they cahrge so much ,does it make sense as other comapnies charges only £30 max , very bad company to deal , worst experience of life.

Greenhouse delivered before expected time,very pleased.Took a fair amount of time to put this together as the instructions and photographs are very poor.This is my only criticism.I am delighted with this greenhouse and the service from the gardensite is second to none.I will have no hesitation buying from this firm in the future.The cost of the greenhouse was £630.99,this was cheaper than any other I could find for the same item on line.Thank you very much.

The ordering was easy enough, confirmation was good and the information regading delivery was good, however we did not recieve as stated a phone call to advise us of our delivery, this caused a problem as we were out and the delivery driver left the shed at a neighbors house, very inconvienient as they had to store it for 3 days in their garage and dining room creating problems for them, also for us as it had to be carried across a road and stored in our garage, a simple phone call would have made both our lives much easier and not caused this problem!

This is the second time i have ordered garden patio slabs from GardenSite. First time was a smallish order and i was contacted immediately by phone to arrange a delivery time which was within a week and was indeed delivered on time. This time the order was for 2 x large patio slabs sets. I thought I might have to wait a while for the order but indeed I was contacted that day and delivery organised for a few days time, and was delivered on time. Very good communication, prompt delivery and last but not least the cheapest I found on line. Highly recommended .

Brought two garden planters that arrived very quickly. Easy to assemble though needed a mallet as wood had swollen with the damp. The only problem is my great neice aged 2 and a bit thinks they are castles and will not allow plants to be put in them !!!

I have used garden site on 2 occasions purchasing a water feature both times. Their service is fantastic,questions responded to promptly,delivery good and correct to the day with excellent comms right the way through the process. I would highly recommend without hesitation ,both products I purchased were of excellent quality and look brilliant in our garden Tony and Lesley Muir Warrington

Overall a good shed. Bit flimsy to build up but after it's done it looks and feels sturdy and good. Could be a bit thicker, but still it's good shed. The price was very good and best I could find. Very happy with it. Cheers
