We looked for a company to install a quality and stylish Garden Room within our budget and Hallmark Glazed Extensions Ltd delivered on all aspects at a competitive price point. Hallmark listened and heard our requirements, and together, we planned a beautiful Garden Room which we are delighted with. With the budget agreed, and no hidden extras, we moved forward with Hallmark. Everything from the excellent materials used, together with the attention to detail, Hallmark teams delivered an excellent Garden Room. Hallmark have a 'hands on' approach, from design with Paul the owner, Marcus project manager and Kerry project contact, all of whom eased us through every stage with a friendly and professional approach. Without exception, from the Hallmark team, Dave installation manager, Mark and Louie, the experienced and friendly frame & glazing installers, to John, JPA Building Services Ltd, the builder and his team who delivered a seamless build, despite at times, the poor weather conditions. Any snagging was dealt with swiftly in a friendly and professional way. We are now enjoying our beautiful Garden Room and are delighted with the final creation. We have no hesitation in recommending Hallmark Glazing Extensions Ltd and John, JPA Building Services Ltd.

Working with Hallmark Glazed Extensions for the side extension and conservatory with windows and doors being replaced. Paul listened to what we were after and could see our vision from the outset and continued to work with us, instead of telling us it couldn’t happen or injecting some grand idea. He would offer up suggestions that would make things better, like colours and style for the windows or how to make the side extension blend in with the original house. He was also very knowledgeable and if we had any questions throughout the process he was on the other end of the phone or would pop round to advise. This made planning process smooth and quick. They carried out the work on the windows and front door, the property instantly looked fantastic. We have had a few little snagging issues with handles sticking, a windowsill that was warping and the door dropping/settling which caused it to be stiff which they came round and fixed it very quickly. The side extension was carried out by a builder that was suggest by Hallmark, who were very professional. We are very pleased with our extension and windows and would happily use Hallmark Glazed Extensions again and we will when it comes to finally getting our conservatory re-done. We highly recommend Hallmark as not only are they professional and time-efficient, but they’re nice and genuine people who are always there to help with anything the crops up.
