“I commissioned Parcours to design the interior of a compact, city centre apartment that had been used as student accommodation, to make it more suitable to rent as a 5 star, holiday apartment. Kyle was sympathetic to my design ideas but came up with unique ideas that enhanced the concept and the space whilst keeping a keen eye on budget. The overall effect exceeded my expectations and has attracted many comments of admiration from my guests, who have stayed with me since the property went live in July of last year.
