From the start he was extremely helpful, had good ideas and provided samples. They ripped up the old flooring to find a disaster beneath with lots of logistical problems, miles out of level, different levels, lack of insulation, plumbing issues etc. . They solved every problem and laid a truly beautiful solid wood floor with a tiled area in the kitchen.
