“Emma is very creative and is really easy to talk to. She has helped me with the interior design of my new build house to install some colour and interest into what was a blank white box. She takes time to get to know your personality to help you create a very personal home and has come up with some fantastic ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. I would highly recommend.”

“We have been delighted with RMD, with their designs and the transformations of a house into our home. We had originally created the floor space but struggled with how to finish it to realise its full potential and create a home that was right for us. RMD suggested themes, textures and colours that we would never have considered ourselves but that we really love. Presenting a number of options to better understand our preferences was a great part of the process – even merging some themes to get to the best result for us. It was a collaborative process throughout and once the team got to know us, the designs for further rooms were straightforward. RMD have achieved a warm and comfortable style balanced with practicality, flow and best use of space. We could not be happier. We would highly recommend Rachel and her team at RMD and will of course be using them again (very soon!)”

“Jan has restored three bedrooms and a sitting room in our Edwardian house. Her work is of a very high standard and her attention to detail and finish is excellent. She has a very good eye for colour and design. Along with her her husband John no other professionals were needed to complete the restoration work, which was carried out speedily and within budget. We will be using Jan again this year and can highly recommend her work.”

“We live in an up and coming area of Manchester and made the decision that we would rather max out the use of the space of our well proportioned mid-terrace property, than the cost of upsizing in the area we would want to live in. So we employed Bespoke living to help realise the potential of our house something that we have no regrets in doing! For Dave came out and gave us some really progressive and imaginative layouts for the whole property. Not just offering one option but a variety dependent upon budget/planning etc. This was great for us to become more decisive on what we actually wanted and our now progressing with a loft conversion accommodating a guest bedroom with ensuite and a redistribution of the ground floor that creates a more flowing open plan feel whilst bringing a bigger kitchen with dinning island to the centre of the house. We would highly recommend Dave as his knowledge, enthusiasm and vision helped us realise what we actually needed.”

“Hannah and Caroline have done a brilliant job transforming my drab boring downstairs into a bright (but cozy) lounge and dining room. I love it. They listened to what I wanted and encouraged me to choose furniture I would NEVER have picked on my own. I love it!!! My husband and I sit regularly and congratulate ourselves on what a nice lounge we now have!!! It was definitely money well spent. Many thanks to both. We will definitely use Style North again.”

“Luana assisted us with a total revamp of our living area and hallway in preparation for the house being put up for sale. Without doubt her eye for detail and fabulous ideas significantly enhanced the appeal of our house to potential buyers. Luana advised us on paint colour, floorboards, furniture lay out and designed a large shelving / media unit that became the main feature/ focal point of the room. She also assisted with the important finishing touches such as cushions, mirrors and created a fabulous picture gallery wall. A dated and drab room became a wow room within a few short weeks. Luana was able to quickly identify small but significant changes we could make such as repositioning a door way and changing the lighting. Using her services was a fantastic investment and I would highly recommend her to anyone planning an interior design project big or small.”

“My husband has mobility needs and we contacted Charlotte for an initial chat about how she could help us adapt our house without it looking like a retirement home. I gave Charlotte no design direction, as previously we have not considered this to be important. Charlotte was so patient with us, she listened and drew out from us how we like to live our lives and what could be better for us in our home. Charlotte not only considered our situation now but that of the future as we are not getting any younger. I can honestly say that our lives are so much better having contacted Charlotte and engaging her services, I am proud of our home and enjoy showing it off, my husband has more independence thanks to all the thoughtful details Charlotte has implemented for us. “It was a few years ago when he did this work for us but overall it was good work and I would recommend him to others. I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted or even if it was a good idea but he was able to show me it could be done and would work well, so we went ahead with the conversion of the cellar. There were a few changes that had to made as it was going along (some of them us changing our minds and some the designs needing tweaking, but as I said it was some years ago and he was a bit new to this) but he was very practical and inventive about it and it all got completed within the budget, which he had warned us would be a bit narrow, but as we were doing a lot of the work ourselves that helped. He was able to source us some lovely coving from Germany and found us some matching brass wall sconces so it all worked well together and is still one of our favorite rooms.”
