“John is a true master and all-around good guy. We were roasting in the 95 degree + heat, certain that our office HVAC was dead. We called John Scarpelli to see what he could do. Not only was he there in 10 minutes (In the dead heat of summer) but found the problem was only the filter and batteries. He fixed the issue and refused to even charge us! The world needs more tradespeople like him. Now we are customers for life! Thank, Tony Izzo”

“Well and smooth. Brian came over and gave us a quote along with other contractors that install this system. They turned out to be the best bid along with the most ingenuity. While the other contractors would take up valuable closet space in our cape, he came up with the idea of installing the air handler off the ceiling in the attached garage in an area that would not disrupt or take up valuable space. He is also very nice and understanding and worked around our schedules. Although we have not used the compressor for cool air as of yet the system works like a dream. We use it to even out the temperatures in the house when we were having issues with one of our heating zones. We also used it to help improve the air quality with our Filtrete 1085 filter. You can see clean air in the sun in as little as 20 min. It was designed so the air moves and eliminates hot and cold spots. We are very much looking forward to our summer and test out the cooling system. The system installed is only as good as the installer. Brian and his crew are pros and know exactly what to do. They cleaned up after themselves after every visit. We didn't even know they were there. I would absolutely hire them again for service calls.”
