“We had an issue with our furnace and they came out the next day and very quickly found the problem. They also gave us a lot of good tips on keeping it running at max efficiency. The second issue was with our central air unit making a horrible racket. The tech did an HVAC inspection which was a flat fee. He Cleaned the system and added refrigerant and the noise was much better with no issues since. Both gentlemen were thorough, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and the service was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them and will be using them when we begin finishing our basement”

“After 20 years our split system Sanyo air conditioner died. We did quite a bit of research and got some bids for a new system. We decided to go with Beacon Mechanical and are extremely happy with our choice. They took care of the permit, took the old system away and did a very neat job installing the new one. They were on time, finished in a day, and all of them were a pleasure to have in the house. They scheduled our project 2 weeks earlier than others could and on top of all of that it was over $700 cheaper. We will be using them to service our other house systems after this experience. They were terrific!”

“I had a new AC unit, traditional gas furnace and on demand water heater put in by Paul's company to replace an ancient baseboard electric system. He was a consumate gentleman, very thorough in his discussions about the various choices for our budget, and his workmen were very efficient and did great work in installing all the new vents. We had baseboard electric, which we are removing. We are thankful for all the great work and customer service. A colleague recommended the company, and among four or five I interviewed, they were clearly the best choice. We were fortunate to get a Energize Connecticut Loan for the Furnace, and the company helped us to file all the correct paperwork and interact with the reps. Had I thought about the amount of space the whole unit and the vents would eat up, I might have purchased a different system, an option we didn't discuss at the time. But all in all, great company to work with.”

“I had this company put in some mini splits in my house as well as a new furnace. They were here for two days and completed the job on time. The crew consisted of 2 men to do the furnace and two to do the mini splits. There was also a crew to do electrical. All in all everyone worked well together and had great attitudes. I was babysitting a one year old at the time and they were very courteous. They made sure that I was aware, and got my approval before any changes had to be made during the installation. The lead man on the project, Mike showed me how to operate the mini splits. He was very knowledgeable about the units. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.”
