However the very professional service offered by this firm help me sort out the problem which was a hardwired Green Brook timer that was faulty, not bought from them. The advice saved me stripping it all down and possibly buying a new element, which in the end it didn’t need. They were there to give a complete after sales service, not an on line warehouse where there are no technical people to talk to.
