NORFLAME have been supplying and installing multi-fuel and wood burning stoves throughout Norfolk and Suffolk for nearly 40 years. We have over 50 stoves on display at our large showroom which is open 7 days a week and our experienced sales staff are here to help you choose the ideal stove for your home. After you have selected your stove, the installation process would start with a site visit to your property. There is a £20 charge for this service which is refunded if you go ahead with the work. This allows us to assess the property to see if your selected stove is suitable. We will then give you a quotation with an exact cost of the materials, labour and any remedial building work necessary to complete the job. If you wish to go ahead with the work, a 50% deposit will be required. From there we'll check the availability of the stove and then arrange a suitable time with you for installation to begin.
