“We met a few architects and Adrian was the one we warmed to the most. We hit a number of objections with the planners but 6 amended drawings later and Adrian’s patience we got planning permission. Our development is just coming to an end and we are delighted with the results. Now for the hard work, decorating choosing furnishings etc! We would highly recommend Adrian to help with anyone’s project.”

“I can't recommend Richard highly enough. We purchased a large property built in 1836, it needed a lot of work. Richard was brilliant from start to finish. He quickly drew up plans for the entire house which is 3 floors and a cellar. He listened to what we wanted to change and made fantastic suggestions. He made the enquiries we needed to check planning issues with the council. He liaised with our builders on what we wanted. He organised structural engineers to visit, and specialist damp people to look at our cellar. He is always quick to respond and didn't mind when we changed our mind countless times. We are delighted with our beautiful family home. Richard's experience was invaluable and we have used him on a number of other projects relating to our business.”

“Tim and Mark were both involved in our development of a former Chapel into a holiday cottage. We found them to be excellent in dealing with the planning process and coming up with constructive solutions to some of the problems we faced from the planners in converting a non residential building. It was great to be able to leave that part of the process in their capable hands. They had a good grasp of our objectives in their design, and were willing to work with our builder to ensure we were happy with the final build. They were also approachable yet professional in their dealings with everyone involved. We would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Gavin was great from start to end. He was friendly and professional, listened closely to what we wanted and changed things around as we changed our minds. He responded quickly to any queries and advised us on the legal side, planning and even suggested some builders - who were very good too. Throughout the process, Gavin was really helpful, even fighting our corner when the initial planning was refused, and coming to see the finished build when it was completed. Price-wise, he was very competitive as well. All in all, I could not recommend Awesome Proportions highly enough. A really helpful, friendly, professional service throughout the entire planning and building process.”
