Our family was looking for builder in the area and saw ALBO completing project on West Shore. It looked interesting and not like other homes. It took our attention and after discussing designs we signed with them. Overall it is a very professional company that does not lack communication. All inspections and deliveries and orders were done by them. We could not be happier with new home.

After completing design with Veralinea we asked for best builder in our area and they pointed towards ALBO HOMES. They recommended waiting through fall and winter to start fresh at spring. And we are thankful for calm process with amazing result. Stunning finishes and craftmanship by trades!

We saw Albo building a house in the neighborhood and it made sense for us hiring someone local that knows what works in our area. It took us almost a year to finalize drawings and get permits for construction. We thought building was going to be way longer but the house took shape within few month and was fully completed just under one year. Our traditional 4500 sq ft forever home is now a centerpiece of our street.

This review is to underline our experience and all the great things we can say about work with this company. Before we started construction we were told that there is no perfect project and indeed we had issues on the way. But ALBO handled everything that came along and they actually cared about this house like it was theirs. Ivan and Vlad were taking care of all budgets, trades and materials. Thank you guys!

This company does not pay their sub-trade and then the trades come after you stay away from this company wow.

Hired Albo Homes to completely rebuild our house. So we literally left 2 side walls of existing structure and gutter the rest with underpinning and adding 2nd story. Great company to work with. Special thanks to Steve!

ALBO Homes (Ivan) gave me few options for our home construction and we ended up going with set builder fee. It makes sense to not do %, because builders may want to increase prices and get more commission. All costs were shown and explained. Before the start they even gave us what they think were prices going to be for each stage of the construction. We went with traditional brick/stone house and high pitch roofs that matches Royal York style. Inside it was a mix of modern and luxury. Everything was built exactly as we envisioned it.

We had Albo homes build our house after we finally got our permit from city of Toronto. Project manager was transparent with the projected costs / budget as the work progressed. Great to work with and we are so happy how our new house came out!

Found albo on houzz and we ended up working together for design and new build project. I was sceptical in the beginning but they proved me wrong and I could not be happier with services they provided.

The prices for houses were so high and our only choice was to demolish our old bungalow and build new home. ALBO Homes was finishing up a project near South Kingsway and we reached out. Design Stage went smooth and within 5 month construction started. Overall I can say that it is tougher than we thought to pick all finishes and items for house, but Ivan was great to help out and give examples.

We looked for the right builder and it took us several month just to understand who works the best for our new home. ALBO Homes did everything exactly as they explained before the work started. Wanted to recommend them to whoever is looking for modern home construction in Toronto.

ALBO with Fine lines designed and later build our home in Kingsway. The layout and actual finishes are just amazing. We are so happy with all the work.
