We were very happy with Rado and his team of builders who did a major extension including demolition and piling to our waterfront house. Rado is very organised has great attention to detail and keeps the site very clean and safe. In Total, the team were working with us for over six months while we were living in the house. A few minor points of contention were easily resolved through good communication and compromise on both sides which is probably what made this job one of our few successful partnerships with builders. We will be hoping to have Rado back to do a second phase of the work based on this good experience.

Extremely pleased with the work Radi and his team have done. It is a very high quality. Rado explained everything clearly at the start. He kept me up to date with progress. He attention to detail was excellent. He noted an issue with the drainage corrected it, preventing future problems. Other tradesman may have missed this. Communication throughout the project was excellent and we are very pleased with the new bathroom conversion.

Simply - a wonderful company to work with. Right from the start we were given confidence that Rado and his team would be the best option for our large extension. They provided the most detailed quote when bidding for the project, which in hindsight was incredibly close to the actual final cost. Once the build was underway they provided comprehensive, regular updates as well as thorough explanations around any changes that needed to occur. Weekly meetings were set up to go through the schedule of works for that week and I was impressed by the way things were run on site. I was delighted to see that the detail on paper was reflected in the exemplary workmanship that has been seen throughout the build. The fastidious manner in which the company and project is run means that the build finished on time - and this was a big 10 month build. I think it is testament to the work done that having now completed the project, if we were to start again or start a new project, I wouldn't hesitate to use Rado and his team. Bee The Builder recently completed a side and rear wraparound ground floor extension to our home, and we are exceptionally satisfied with the whole process. The initial quote was detailed and complete with no hidden surprises along the way, and the materials used and workmanship from all of the trades are of the very highest quality. Rado was absolutely committed to ensuring the job met our expectations, and his team were always punctual, polite, and respectful of our home (especially during periods where we were living around the works), and they left the site safe, secure and tidy each day. The end result is a beautifully finished structure, which we are excited to live in for many years to come. Rado and his team did my loft conversion couple of years ago. They were attentive in their attitude and precise in their work. I thought Rado was honest with his costings as well as straight talking, easy to communicate with both in person as well as trough email. We are really happy with how he managed the work, with minimum disruption to our life and perhaps most importantly the result is fabulous.

Rado, Milena, and their team are truly amazing. The quality of their work is outstanding. They are trustworthy, organised, and reliable. Our house was fully renovated on time and to a very high standard. A builder of this calibre is rare. Highly recommended! Our project was a full home renovation that included: total kitchen rebuild, full bathroom and cloakroom renovation, new electrics and plumbing/heating, wall removal/replacement, chimney breast removal and structural reinforcement, insulated party walls throughout, new insulated ceilings and hardwood floors with underfloor heating, plaster/paint throughout, new internal doors, new front door, architraves, skirting, and coving.

Rado and his team were extremely helpful and professional throughout our whole project, which was almost a complete house renovation, upstairs and down. We had little experience with renovations but Rado guided us through the whole process with patience, helping us with our decision making and clearly explaining what was needed and why.
