The Beswick team were incredible in building our extension, reconfiguring our first floor and renovating our home throughout. The team were incredibly professional, clear communicators and had a real passion for delivering what we were looking for. We weren't the most knowledgeable with building works and the Beswick team were great at guiding us through different decisions and always explaining in ways we understood. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants building work done and we already plan to invite them back for a different project in the future.

The Beswick team recently completed an extension (additional bathroom on top of garage) as well as refitted our kitchen and existing bathroom. The work was completed to a high standard with any problems discussed and resolved quickly. Matt kept us up-to-date with progress and costs so easy to keep an eye on the budget. All of the guys were punctual, hardworking and easy to get along with - all were dog friendly and had no problems with the dog "helping" them!

Following the completion of our internal house renovation last year by Beswick builders, we recently contacted Matt for his help again with a leak on our very old garage flat roof. He arranged the roofer and the works were completed promptly, and thankfully we were watertight for winter. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Matt and his team for any house improvements or renovations in the future.

The quality of the work is incredibly high and we couldn't be happier. We've had three bathrooms refitted and so worked mostly with Brett who was terrific. Matthew does an awesome job of directing operations seeing that everyone is where they should be when they should be and has everything they need - and when there wasn't someone on site communications were good and we knew exactly why e.g. giving the tiles a day to set before beginning the second fix. They were also very considerate in letting you know who would be on site and making sure that if it was someone you hadn't met before Brett would be there to introduce them and tell them what they needed to do.

Matt and his team have been exceptional. From the initial meeting through to completion of our patio, sleepers and finishing to side of drive and installation of doors and windows. I am very particular with the finished look and am more than pleased with what the team have achieved They arrived early and worked hard all day. They even turned up on the two hottest days of the year. During the work they spotted a few small things that would improve the space - extra tiles for the bins to stand on and loosening some cable allow it to be more hidden. Small things that have made a big difference to the look and use of the space. I firmly believe that you get what you pay for and feel the standard of work is exceptional. We have already booked them in to carry out our kitchen installation.

Huge thank you to Matt and his team who recently renovated our Jersey Farm property to a high standard. The communication was superb from the outset with regular updates with how the project was coming along and realistic timescales. Matt would always answer calls or messages promptly or advise when he was available. The team worked hard and there were hardly any days where there wasn’t someone on site which was down to Matt’s superb organisation. He was also able to find us a roofer at short notice to repair an unexpected leak, they were on and off site in just over a week. Matt has a great team of contractors and was able to put us in touch with fantastic local businesses to source our furnishings. Highly recommended, thanks to you all.

The team was recommended to us by an architect. They did a fantastic job! The first is planning. We started planning the work in June to start in September, then a break from November and the second phase in January-March. Amazingly, the work in March was done on the exact day planned back in June! The second is building quality. No shortcuts, no rush, all compliant with regulations with building inspector on-site when needed. Third, communication and ongoing change management. We had to make a ton of choices on the go, especially when opening up the older part of the house. There were sudden required structural changes, unexpected plumbing issues and electrical surprises. All managed well and we could not be happier. And the last yet probably the most personal one, folks were great to work with, onsite when expected and very early. They were respectful of neighbours and kept the site clean. Overall good working culture. Would definitely recommend using them for your projects.

We picked Beswick because we felt we could get along well with them and they didn’t disappoint. Great communication throughout the build, they were hardworking and polite, tidy and responsive. We love the finished result and will use them again in future.

Another fantastic build from Beswick Building and Renovations Ltd. This is the second time we have used them but this time the build was even bigger and they didn't let us down. Always there with advice before we put in an offer on our new home and throughout the design and build and even now at the end of the build. They built through a pandemic, while planning ahead to source materials ahead of time to reduce the impact of rising costs of materials and supply issues. It never phased them which took the stress away from us. The team are all super hard working and the site was tidy after each day which was so important to us as we were living on site with three very young kids. Not many people would say after a build that they will miss their builders but we will. They have built us our forever home and we are very grateful. A huge thank you goes out to Matt, Steve and the rest of the team for all their hard work.

Matt and his team re-modelled, fitted and decorated virtually all of the downstairs of our house at the end of 2021 (including kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, hallway etc.). Not only did they do a great job, it was clear they knew their stuff and nothing was too much trouble to explain as we went along. Any issues that arose (with the feasibility of what we wanted - not their work!), they talked us through our options and were very transparent about extra cost, extra time etc. giving us the confidence that everything would work out well in the end - which it did! Matt and his team are highly skilled, friendly, accommodating, trustworthy and clearly take pride in their work. They even gave us help and useful opinions with the design as we went along, giving the benefit of their experience, so the whole job turned out better than we could have imagined!
