New Home Build Professionals in Bexley, Greater London

“Excellent architectural & planning service. We used TMDB for the architectural and planning of our prohect including a loft conversion, 6 meter extension and outbuilding. Peter and james were excellent throughout professional and clear in explainning the process. The drawings were completed quickly and they made tye planning process straightforward and easy to understand. Our applications were submitted under Permitted development. We initially faced a refusal relating to the 6 metre rear extension following neighbour objections but Peter, James and the TMDB team guided us throughthe next steps and put together a strong case to address the planning issues. In the end, they successfully managed to get the full 6 metre extension approved, which we were very pleased with. Communication on the planning side was good, and overall we were very happy with how the architectural and planning application was handled. We would happily recommend them for architectural drawings, planning applications and residential projects.”

“Sukh and Mani and their team (including Gaurav and others) did the most amazing job on our house. We couldn’t have been happier with the service. They are top quality craftsmen and even nicer people. We did an extensive renovation on our house, which included: - wraparound side extension - new kitchen with 4 new skylights and bifold glass doors; - installation of a ground floor w/c - replacement of 2 upstairs bathrooms - on first floor and second floor - installation of new landscaped front garden - installation of new landscaped back garden - new flooring installed throughout ground floor - underfloor heating downstairs - numerous other interior design works such as installation of fireplace, exposed brick chimneys menu breasts, new lighting / lampshades installed in every room, installation of a utility, painting throughout house, installation of numerous radiators, - several other plumbing / mechanical improvements such as blue water pipe work and new electricity box. I can only upload 4 pictures here but if you could See the pictures and videos of the before and after you would be amazed. We are so so happy with the work - they literally made our dreams come true and we take so much pride and happiness in our new home. They worked tirelessly for us and are the kindest people you could meet. They would call over in the middle of the night if there were ever any issues with electricity, heating and water. We lived in the house throughout the whole renovation and they helped make what should have been such a stressful period as seamless and easy for us as possible. They worked late at night and on weekends. They even came back to fix an issue with our soakway in the garden and did what amounted to around 2 weeks extra work for me. I am happy to speak to anyone and show them the work done on our house to vouch for these people. I would also say they are really reasonably priced for the quality of the services they offer. There were no disputes over money and they added so much additional work free of charge. We couldn’t recommend any more highly. Thank you Sukh, Mani, Gaurav and all the rest of the team.”

“The entire team at Procoelum are a very professional company, from making initial contact to completing the project. They were totally candid and informative in the pricing, options possible and project progress. The work carried out was done to such a high quality, the precision, care, detail, focus and exactness was stupendous and wholly appreciated. There was a great flow of the project with tradesman and getting materials to site. The tradesman were very respectful of the property and cleaned the site at the close of each day. Procoelum are for sure, master builders that extend themselves to ensure the customer receives the best quality service throughout and a finished project to enjoy for years to come. The kitchen has been totally transformed and the "wow" factor is all over it.”
