Milen has completed 2 projects for me, my kitchen followed by my bathroom. From the my very first contact with Milen he was very professional. I’ve had many builders over the years but I found Milen to be the very best! He’s punctual and tidy, and has available been to answer any questions and provide creative solutions to issues that were bespoke to my space. I would definitely recommend Milen and without hesitation use his services in the future.

Ben -

We had been considering our loft and extension for many years and never got it over the line. Luckily enough our neighbours chose Bluebird to undertake the work to there extension and raved about the team. Their workmanship speaks for itself. The whole team were so helpful and found ways to solve problems. The project was exactly as promised and came out as our agreed contracted amount. Refreshingly 'old fashioned' builders that go above and beyond to ensure you are happy.

Excellent team at Bluebird Spaces. Completed a loft conversion and rear extension on time and on budget. Ben from Bluebird went well above the scope of the contract, assisting greatly with finding cheaper bathroom and kitchen fit-outs, which allowed us to complete some nice to haves that weren’t in the original budget. Strongly recommend this team.

Tom and his team are first class. He is also a very genuine guy. We found his pricing and the structure to be incredibly reasonable vs other quotes we had. Lots of builders nickel and dime you for every little additional detail, even worse if it's after you agree the job quote. As for the experience itself, Tom was incredibly flexible and accomodating ahead of and during our kitchen extension build. Attention to detail was very high too. His team can do it all from structural works right through kitchen/bathroom fits and decorating (plastering, painting etc). Many builders would require you get hire separate kitchen fitters and decorators. We felt Tom gave great advice on various things to do with the project, especially the kitchen fit out, and yet he was also always very happy to discuss our preferences and make sure we were always comfortable/reassured. We lived in the house during the build (with our young kids) which was tricky, but Tom was always super flexible - even pausing noisy work during nap time! While not mission critical at all, he (and the whole team actually) were always great with our kids - lots of smiles and jokes with them, showing them around the building site (very exciting for little boys). All in we were pretty delighted with how it all went, and the fact they completed within the original timeframe discussed. Couldn't have been happier all in and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Where do I start! We were very nervous first time owners and come across Bluebird Spaces via our NCT group. From the very first meeting we knew we had found our builder. We lived in whilst the extension was being built and the team could not have been more understanding and respectful. Not only does the house look fantastic, we found ways to make savings and achieve a finish we had not thought possible with our budget. They have since completed some works for my inlaws who are equally thrilled. 6 stars from us!

Tom and his team did a big internal renovation for us and were brilliant! They kept to the forecasted schedule and budget (no mean feat!) and went above and beyond, both during and after the project had been completed. I have since recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

As an architect, I have worked with Bluebird Spaces on a number of projects. They're a great team of craftsmen, knowledgable, easy to work with and a great finish. They understand little details matter, and don't look they other way when there's an issue. Trustworthy and a safe pair of hands! I can't recommend Ben and Tom and their team enough... they're polite, communicative and keep the building site clean. I will be using them for my own refurbishment for sure!

Bluebird Spaces undertook our ground floor kitchen extension, and reconfiguration throughout our 2 bed flat. Ben is a fantastic project manager, he doesn’t pass any stress onto his clients, he is organised and professional as well as super approachable for anything we needed to ask. He managed the whole thing with ease, meeting with us at a time that was convenient to us each week, and just chatted through it all. Tom is amazing - everything is possible according to Tom. Nothing is too much, he will honestly do anything you require and doesn’t worry if you change your mind etc etc, he is fab. He has a great can do attitude and is such a hard worker. The team of guys that were bought on site including carpenters, electricians, brick layers, plasters were all lovely - we lived in our flat whilst it was being renovated and I trusted everyone on site, they were great to have around. We honestly missed everyone when they had gone. The end result is phenomenal - we are just so thankful for what bluebird achieved - they did a fab job and I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Ben and Tom are just finishing a complete refurbishment of my two bedroom flat in Chelsea. When I say complete that including knocking down all internal walls and completely refiguring the space and changing the layout. They are a joy to work with. Responsive,helpful and always wanting me to get the best possible result. Most of all they are very patient as I know I’m a demanding client and have changed my mind a few times! This sounds as if money was no object. It wasn’t and they really do give value for money and charge I think very fairly. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
