Foundations Construction Professionals in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

“I recently had RAS Construction carry out a full renovation of the entire downstairs of my home, including transforming the living room, hallway, downstairs toilet, and creating a completely open-plan kitchen and living space—and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the very first conversation, they made me feel completely at ease. Taking on such a big project felt quite daunting at first, but their professionalism and clear communication really helped settle any worries I had. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure I felt confident in every decision along the way. What really stood out to me was their attitude throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble—no matter how big or small the request, they were always happy to help and find a solution. It genuinely felt like they cared about getting everything just right, not just finishing the job. The quality of the work is absolutely superb. Every part of the renovation has been completed to such a high standard, and you can really see the attention to detail in every room. The open-plan space they created has completely changed how we use our home—it feels brighter, bigger, and much more suited to everyday living. On top of that, they were a pleasure to have around. The whole team were friendly, respectful, and incredibly tidy. They kept disruption to a minimum and always made sure things were left as clean and organised as possible at the end of each day, which made a huge difference while living through the renovation. Overall, I’m so grateful for the work they’ve done. It’s completely transformed our home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend RAS Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and genuinely hardworking team.”

“Bakha and his team of expert professionals did an amazing job at my property. We had an extension, a loft conversion and a renovation of the entire property. The works they carried out were all done with care and attention. Where required, they brought in further professional trades so that I knew qualified trades were carrying out works where this was needed. This included a new boiler, hot water tank and underfloor heating. New plumbing throughout. New electrics for all of the house and we had the team hard wire internet cables in to every room. They then finished this off with 3 new bathrooms all expertly tiled and fitted. Though the works took longer than we expected, we had a lot of additional items and though this is was out of our control it did add onto the time of the project. On the whole, very happy with this team. I actively recommend them to my friends and family.”
