We had Bourne Valley developments carry out an extension and renovations on our property - we were delighted with every aspect of there work and finish - they were extremely professional , and kept us constantly y Up to date with the progress and discussed all aspects with us . We could not fault them and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a development company .

Nicki & Dean were extremely efficient and helpful, their team were polite and tidy and helped minimise the disruption to our lives as we could not move out while our (extensive) renovation was going on. It was tough at times as would living through any project be, but the end result was SO worth it! We love our new home!

We were really pleased with the ground floor extension that Bourne Valley Developments built for us – they were really helpful and professional, and we ended up with a completely transformed ground floor space! All works we’re completed on schedule and even with a few changes made by myself, we remained on budget. Definitely would recommend!

From our initial phone call to completion of our house refurbishment , Bourne Valley Developments were brilliant. Friendly, helpful and very professional. On several occasions they stayed and worked past the normal finishing time, working in difficult conditions just to get the job done before the weather changed. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Bourne Valley Developments completed our flat refurbishment with complete new kitchen and two bathrooms ahead of schedule with no extra cost to the original estimate. The finish was a really high quality. We were very pleased with them

We had a loft conversion carried out by Bourne Valley Developments, I was more than pleased with the completed project, the guys onsite were always very helpful and had a vast knowledge if I had any queries. I would definitely recommend this company.
