From start to finish Builda Group was professional, timely, and an all round pleasure to work with. The continual communication was outstanding. It made preparing for each stages of our extension simple and meant our project ran very smoothly. Highly recommend.

I requested Builda Group to build me a custom designed work-from-home office, roughly 5m x 3m. Together we designed a structure that we are both very proud of. An environmentally friendly and sustainable studio space with a green roof, lime plaster interior and Japanese burnt wood cladding using a technique called shō sugi ban. Bespoke features such as reclaimed wooden floorboards, large hardwood barn doors and windows, air purifiers, electronic VELUX skylights and infrared heating panels. Builda were always flexible in their thinking, creative and pragmatic in approach, and hard working. They looked at ways to make the project the best it could be. They were always willing look at cost effective options, and to learn and adapt to anything I threw at him and would happily recommend to anyone else.

We recently hired Ranald and Focal Projects for a flat roof extension and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Focal Projects did a brilliant job converting a storage room into a wet room bathroom. Very pleasant to deal with and work was completed to an excellent standard. They provided us with great help and structure around design and the finished product is exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!
