Brad not only provided good guidance but his construction teams, I used throughout the various aspects of the home, were clean and thorough. A very utilitarian/functional home, yet high end quality. It was rated as one of the most energy efficient homes in Utah when evaluated even with the indoor pool. It has geothermal heating and plumbed for solar. As a woman, I enjoyed working with his crew. This was a very intense experience as we had deadlines for occupation. Not only deadlines, we were dealing with the housing market drop. In this climate, despite some subs going out of business, others failing to maintain their integrity, and other factors, Brad maintained his integrity, quality and dependability. We have enjoyed our home the last six years without any major issues.”
