“Bill and his crew did an awesome job on our house. We had all the carpet in our house removed and had hardwood floors put down instead. We did the whole downstairs of our house and what a difference it made! Bill led us in the right direction, since we had no idea where to begin. He worked around our schedules but still completed it all in a timely manner. After we did the floors, we decided to redo both bathrooms. I even got my clawfoot tub I had always dreamed about. Bill listened to what we wanted to do and helped us achieve basically a new house. Everyone who has seen the transformation is in love with it, and so am I. I would highly recommend Bill and his company to anyone. They are a great group of people to work with. They let us make the decisions and didn't tell us what to do. “I am giving this team 5 stars only because I cannot give them 100. Joe Pillow was everything one could wish for in a contractor. I found him to be responsive, timely, transparent, knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Our shower pan was improperly refurbished by the previous owner causing a leak through the floor and the ceiling below. Joe used his insurance background to communicate the scope of the problem clearly to our adjuster; the entire requested amount was approved. Joe then sat us down and stepped through a timetable that turned out to be fairly accurate. He worked with us every step of the way, from selecting materials and paint to decisions about installation. We love our new and improved master bathroom, but most importantly all leaks were repaired properly. I recommend Revival Restoration for anyone with a challenging renovation project!”
