We bought a house which required a complete refurbishment, in addition we decided to extend the property to the rear along with a loft conversion. The works took 8 months to complete as the entire house was gutted along with front and rear garden landscaping. Aspen were exceptional to work with from start to finish, very accommodating with some additional alterations which we decided to carry out during the build. We would highly recommend Aspen especially as no compromise was taken with our previous home.”

“Dave completed a full extension at the back of our house. He was extremely professional throughout and both his own team and subcontractors were really friendly and respectfully. Dave ensured that each night the site was tidied and there was not an accumulation of builders rubbish left around the outside of the property. He was full of little ideas that helped tweak the internals to great effect. . We also did not have to project manage the build as Dave took care of this. Since the completion of the build, Dave has stayed in touch and helped out with any additional snagging or issues we have had. “We used TN Design & Build to construct a single storey rear extension, modify a kitchen, study, dining room and hallway, including a new staircase. Exterior works included a large raised terrace and patio area. The site was established to a high standard with security fencing to protect our front and rear garden and included a welfare hut, site toilet, skip and safe storage of materials. The work was all to a high standard and supervised by a site foreman throughout. Sub-contractors worked to the same exacting standards. There was good transparency around budget which included a Bill of Quantities and two weekly valuations, meaning we never paid for more than completed work or materials on site. Communication with Tom was very good, and the project was completed ahead of time and within the agreed budget. I would not hesitate to recommend TN Design & Build to others.”
