“We bought a new house and wanted a 2 storey extension on the side of the house and extending out the kitchen and lounge at the back of the house. A friend recommended Julian and in turn Julian recommended pretty much every type of contractor and professional we would need to complete our project. This was really helpful as sourcing a reputable architect, structural engineer, quantity surveyor and a team of specialists was a daunting task and not something we expected of Julian. One of the most reassuring parts of the planning phase is how Julian set our budget expectations. This became very apparent very quickly because the other people we initially approached at the same time as Julian pretty much told us what we wanted to hear, whereas Julian took a much more realistic approach. It was an easy choice to go ahead with Julian and we did not regret that decision. He managed all aspects of the project, start to finish and the results are exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending Julian and JNR Construction.”

“Thank you again for the excellent work done in fitting the bi-fold doors to our dining room. From the initial contact the service has been professional, friendly, on time and tidy! It was reassuring to be able to see the qualified structural engineer's full set of calculations prior to the start of works, which added to our confidence even more. The quality of the doors is excellent, the plastering perfect.. The quality of the finishing touches - such as the re-worked threshold, fitment of a very high quality vertical radiator, and re-positioning of a wall mounted TV (inc. aerial & electrical points) - was second to none. We would recommend Roger / GreenBird Properties without hesitation.”

“I needed an extension done on the rear of my house, Rhoden builders were recommended by a friend and I’m so happy I took up the offer to use them. They are very polite and efficient in their service. The price and time quoted was a deal. It did went a week over schedule which turns out to be the fault of the builders merchant delivery time due to the pandemic and supply chain. Overall, I’m over the moon with the job done and will definitely be using them again.”

“I called this company in December 2022 in an emergency as some brickwork had come loose at the back of the property. They came quickly and temporarily resolve the situation before Christmas. They then came back, looked it over quoted and came to start the job on 1 February 2023 finishing on 4 February 2023. Great company, good job. Ricky is great and his team a real dream. I’d definitely recommend SOS Man 24/7 Ltd .”
