“While facilitating the closing of our home, the CBC professionals also helped us to identify a lot that met our needs in the desirable Spring Valley area. They simultaneously helped us to discern what type of builder would align with our wants, needs, values and pocketbook. From the experiences of many friends and colleagues, the process of selecting the “right” builder is typically difficult, complex and fraught with uncertainty. In our case, however, we must say that the process of finding our builder, with the help of the CBC team, was relatively simple and easy. The ease of that process gave us more time and freedom to consider what we wanted in our home and we moved forward relatively quickly! We are about 50% complete with our home now and are on time, on budget, and we see the quality of our home as it is being built…we are there almost every day observing! “I used this company for a master bath model. Bill, Jim and Vicki were delightful to work with. Their crews were respectful, courteous and hard working. Their supervisors stayed on top of the job and I didn’t feel uncomfortable leaving home while they were working. They even did some other minor repairs while the remodel was in progress. They had good suppliers to work with, also. I was referred to them by several friends who were also, very pleased with their work. Great job, and my bath looks like a resort spa!!”

“I highly recommend Strong Tower. They made my remodeling experience smooth and pleasant from start to finish. They painted all the interior of my house. They removed countertops from kitchen and both bathrooms; they installed granite on my kitchen countertops and bathroom. They installed backsplash in kitchen, ceramic tile in my front porch and new kitchen sink and faucets. The crew was very knowledgeable about their work and did an amazing job. I will definitely use them for future projects and would absolutely recommend Strong Tower to anyone who asks me for a referral.”

“Doing a first time home remodel is scary wondering if you've got the right company for the job. Res Com was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. In some areas, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and George gave me wonderful ideas, which I used many of them (thanks George). Project manager, Mike, was always available and made special trips just to check out some questions I had the same day. The subcontractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed by the completion date quoted in the bid and there were no surprises money wise at the completion of the job. Everything stayed within the quoted budget unless I made changes myself. When things popped up and they usually do with remodels, the Res Com team handled everything promptly and professionally. Overall the experience was very good and I will definitely use them again for my master bath remodel. Thanks again George, Mike and the rest of the Res Com team. Job very well done.”

“I give the highest possible recommendation to LBJ Construction. They communicate openly, work with a high quality stable of sub-contractors (including some really talented craftsmen) and stand behind their work. LBJ was the GC on our major kitchen remodel, construction of a full bath and a half bath plus an addition to our house that included butler's pantry, mudroom and laundry room. LBJ knows the "latest and greatest" and will spend time working with the owner to determine what works for you--but no high pressure sales pitch. They focus on the projected timeframes and budgets, using Co-Construct web app to manage all elements of the job. What stands out to me the most is the extremely high standards to which LBJ holds its subcontractors. We had a couple of elements initially completed to an "alright" standard. LBJ got the work redone to "perfect" by my standards. I am so grateful to have had LBJ as a partner.”
