“Elliott Construction were 5 stars from start to finish with our kitchen / living area extension. They were the only ones that quoted for the work that really seemed to take a genuine interest in the project we were trying to create and the only ones that got back to us when they said they would. Just on their initial service alone I could tell they were going to be the best. They managed our project through from start to finish, were honest and upfront about everything so there were no surprises, and actually finished ahead of when they estimated they would. I have no hesitation in recommending Elliotts to anyone - 5 stars.”

“We have used Trend Design & Build on a number of projects and hope to work with them on more in the future too. “I was recommended Pavilion Property Holdings by my QS (Gary Boyle) when the initial contractor on my first new build - The Coach House / Sale was suddenly too busy to commit at the last minute. As the property had already been sold off plan, both cost and time were critical plus being a design-led developer, an attention to detail was also important to me. Despite some bad weather, and a few problems sourcing specific products and material price increase (both due to Brexit & Covid), Pavilion PH brought the build in to the agreed budget and also on schedule. On site I found all the trades I encountered knowledgeable, and helpful, none more so than the excellent site manager, Nigel. I also very much enjoyed working with Pavilion's Project Manager (and MD) Masoud who really understood what I was trying to achieve and very much saw the project as a collaboration rather than just another job. While some (very minor) mistake were made along the way - mainly due to the incredible speed the team seem to work - these were immediately rectified without complaint. In all, Pavillion balanced professionalism with friendliness and directly contributed to the huge success of the project - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - in fact I am hoping to work with them again once planning is granted on my current scheme in Stockport, and we are also looking at a potential JV project back in Sale.”

“As an Architects practice, we are always seeking good building contractors. It is rare to find such a personable building contractor who is also highly professional. Our project involved the refurbishment and alteration of residential property, which was a Grade 2 listed building. Our aim was to provide a luxurious open plan living space with crisp, modern finishes set within the traditional Victorian Gothic style former school house. This aim was definitely achieved and was made much easier by working with a building contractor such as AJ Field Developments. It was clear that attention to detail and the clients' best interests where always at the forefront. Any site issues were brought to our attention promptly and dealt with professionally, which lead to highly successful project and an extremely satisfied client. We look forward to working with AJ Field Developments again in the near future.”
