“Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.”

“We employed K Design and Build to undertake a two storey side and front extension and a single storey rear extension which included a large kitchen/diner design. Throughout the build, Karl’s standard of work and attention to detail was exemplary. We gave Karl a strict immovable deadline for our build and despite very challenging weather conditions at times Karl and his team worked tirelessly to ensure we were able to move into our dream home on time. Karl provided superb customer service throughout the build providing excellent advice on the overall design of the project and managing our stress levels through inevitable challenges that arose during the 6 month build. Most impressively this level of customer service has continued since the completion of the build. Karl has completed a 6 month review of the build with a 12 month final check arranged. Karl has also always responded quickly and positively with any questions we have had since completion. “The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“We used TN Design & Build to construct a single storey rear extension, modify a kitchen, study, dining room and hallway, including a new staircase. Exterior works included a large raised terrace and patio area. The site was established to a high standard with security fencing to protect our front and rear garden and included a welfare hut, site toilet, skip and safe storage of materials. The work was all to a high standard and supervised by a site foreman throughout. Sub-contractors worked to the same exacting standards. There was good transparency around budget which included a Bill of Quantities and two weekly valuations, meaning we never paid for more than completed work or materials on site. Communication with Tom was very good, and the project was completed ahead of time and within the agreed budget. I would not hesitate to recommend TN Design & Build to others.”
