“We began looking for a new home last year and fell in love with the 1665 model by IHB homes. I used Zillow to look at listings in our area, and when I saw the pictures for this model, I knew it was the one. The open floor plan and kitchen with granite, tons of storage and counter space is what sold it for us. John and his team were really professional and made everything right with no arguments and did a good job. At some point during the project Lucas took over and was my contact guy.
